What we collect.

• Contact form data: name, email, company, project brief. Stored for the duration of the quote conversation plus 24 months for reference.
• Project files: Figma links, PSD uploads, brand assets. Stored for the project duration plus 90 days, then deleted unless retained under contract.
• Site analytics: aggregate page views via Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookie-free, no personal identifiers). No Google Analytics.
• Server logs: request IP address, user agent, referer, timestamp. Retained 30 days for security and abuse investigation.

How we use it.

To quote, deliver, and support the work you engaged us for. We do not sell data, we do not share data with marketing partners, and we do not send you unrelated marketing. If you subscribe to the newsletter, that is a separate opt-in and unsubscribe anytime.

Where we store it.

Project data lives on infrastructure in the EU (primary) with backup replicas in the US. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Access limited to project-assigned developers.

Your rights.

Under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, objection, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Under CCPA: right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we do not sell), and non-discrimination. Requests to [email protected]. We respond inside 30 days.
