What input formats do you accept?

Figma, PSD, XD, Sketch, PNG mockups, and Locofy or Anima exports you want cleaned up. Also accept a live URL if the brief is a redesign of an existing site.

What output stacks do you support?

HTML, React (Next.js, Vite, Remix, Astro), Vue (Nuxt, Vite), Angular, WordPress (block themes, classic themes, Gutenberg patterns), Elementor, Webflow, Shopify (Online Store 2.0), and email HTML (MJML source available).

Do you use AI tools? Which ones?

Yes: Locofy Pro, Anima, Builder.io Visual Copilot, v0.dev, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Cursor. Each earns its keep on a subset of projects. We publish which tool we used per project on every portfolio entry. If AI output is bad, we rewrite from scratch and the price stays the same.

Do you publish which tool you used per project?

Yes. Every portfolio entry ships with a tool disclosure line: which tool ran the first pass, what percentage of code we kept, what we rewrote by hand.

What is your turnaround?

Standard: single email HTML 48h, single static page 72h, WordPress page 5 days, React component 5 days, 5-page site 10 to 14 days. Rush available (1.5x for under 72h, 2x for under 48h, 3x for under 24h). Fair-warning rush surcharge is quoted explicitly.

How do you price?

Published tiers on every service page. Per-unit ladder from $149 (email HTML) to $6,490 (Next.js site, 5 pages, TypeScript). Monthly retainer from $2,490 for 10 units per month. Every price is on /pricing/. No hidden fees, no lock-in.

Do you write TypeScript?

Yes on React and Vue. TypeScript strict-mode is a +$99 per-component add-on. Not the default because a lot of teams still ship plain JS by choice.

Do you write tests?

Vitest or Jest unit stubs on request. Storybook stubs (+$149 per component set) document input variations. Playwright or Cypress end-to-end on request; separate quote.

Do you deploy or hand over?

Both. Default is handover: Git repo (yours or ours), README with build/run, post-ship review call. Deployment to Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, WP Engine, Pressable, or your own infra for a +$149 add-on.

Do you do design work?

No. We ship code from a design. If your Figma is incomplete, we flag the gaps and quote; we do not fill them in.

Do you do back-end or API work?

No. Front-end only. We integrate against your endpoints or a mock server if the front-end needs a contract to code against. Node, PHP, and Rails contract mocks are fine on our end.

What if the AI first-pass output is bad?

We rewrite from scratch. Locofy and Anima quality varies wildly with input auto-layout hygiene. If the first pass is unusable, we hand-code. You pay the tier price either way.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Standard mutual NDA on request; we counter-sign inside 24 hours. Portfolio entries are always cleared with clients before publishing; if you want the work off the portfolio, it stays off.

Do you offer a monthly retainer?

Yes. $2,490 per month for 10 units per month (priority queue, dedicated Slack Connect channel, guaranteed 5-day turnaround within the pool). $4,990 per month for 25 units. Cancel any month; no annual lock.

What is your fix-window policy?

Fourteen days from delivery. Any bug in the delivered code (visual regression, accessibility issue, broken interaction, cross-browser fail) we fix free. New features are quoted separately.

Can you match my design system tokens?

Yes. Send Figma variables, a Tailwind config, a design-token JSON, or a CSS custom-properties file. We map to whatever exists; we do not force you into our tokens.

Do you work with agencies white-label?

Yes. About 30% of our work is agency overflow. Your brand fronts every deliverable. Slack Connect channel between our team and yours for the project duration.

What timezones do you cover?

US Eastern, UK, and Central European. Response SLA 24 hours weekdays. Overlap window for real-time calls is 10:00 to 15:00 UK. Retainer clients get a dedicated Slack Connect channel with 4-hour response weekdays.
